Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a reputable and accredited medical institution.
- Specialization: Board-certified in Internal Medicine, with demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of health concerns.
- Licensure: A valid and up-to-date medical license from the appropriate regulatory authority.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical practice, preferably with experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, or similar settings.
- Certifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, patients, and the Human Resources/Management teams.
Requirements:
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to cover the clinic's operational hours in alignment with the company’s 7-day work schedule and be amenable to schedule changes based on business needs. Consultation Hours: 9 AM - 2 PM and 7 PM - 2 AM.
- Clinic Coverage: Ability to provide seamless clinic coverage when the nurse is unavailable due to illness, emergencies, or other absences.
- Health Management: Competency in conducting employee health assessments, overseeing health programs, and recommending proactive wellness measures for the workplace.
- Emergency Preparedness: Expertise in handling workplace-related injuries and managing medical emergencies.
- Administrative Competency: Ability to maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation, ensuring all regulatory standards and requirements are met.
- Occupational Health Expertise: Knowledgeable in occupational health practices, workplace safety protocols, and the management of work-related illnesses or injuries.
