Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to building sales processes, and gradually take on responsibilities within the sales cycle.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will start by collaborating with the VP for Strategic Partnerships to help build and optimize sales processes. This phase will give you hands-on experience with the tools, workflows, and strategies that drive sales success. Over time, you will transition into managing key aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery calls, presenting solutions, and supporting negotiations, while ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and close deals. KPIs will evolve as you progress into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phase 1: Learning and Building Sales Operations
    • Work closely with the VP for Strategic Partnerships to understand and refine sales workflows.
    • Assist in setting up and managing sales tools and systems.
    • Document processes and establish reporting practices to support the sales team.
    • Learn about the company’s services, target markets, and sales strategies.
    • Provide administrative and organizational support for sales-related activities.
  • Phase 2: Transition to Sales Cycle Management
    • Gradually take ownership of key stages in the sales cycle, including discovery calls and client presentations.
    • Present solutions to prospective clients and address their needs effectively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing, and client success, to deliver what is needed to close deals.
    • Support contract reviews and negotiations with guidance from leadership.
    • Meet KPIs tied to sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in inside sales, sales operations, or business development roles (outsourcing or BPO experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
