Onboarding Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
    Facilitate New Hire Orientation
    To welcome new hires during orientation.
    To conduct a new hire survey every after orientation.
    Introduce support new hires to their respective department heads. 
    To send an email communication for new hires both support and operations.
    Assist new hires for any log-in credentials concerns/issues that may arise during their training.
    Gathering and filing all paperwork’s but not limited to pre-employment requirements, contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
    Validates and all new hires documents before the start date and ensure all information’s being updated.
    Ensure complete submission of requirements both critical and non-critical before the given deadline.
    Maintain communication to ensure that the needs of new hires are complete and available during their first day.
    Enrollment of new hires to HMO and payroll account and to update their records in SSS.PHIC and PAGIBIG.
    Managing inventory of Compensation and Benefits supplies.
    To provide support to Compensation and Benefits/Payroll Team regarding employee status and update.
    Prepares various reports as required but not limited to status and accomplishment reports.
    To process billing for PEME and Background Check. 
    Perform all other duties and task assigned.
